Bought two of these books, as they appear to be a nice book to aid and encourage self development. I will write a second review when I have worked my way through the first book, after I see how it helps me to stay focussed.

Really recommend this to any new comer to the gym or just in general any gym goer. It’s very easy to utilise and it’s clarity is great too.

I ordered the black book for my husband and once here I thought that it was a good buy so decided to buy myself one but I prefer a book with pen holder so I ordered the green one. When it got here it’s nothing like the one advertised, it’s not shiny like shown (no big issue) but the one that came didn’t have the pen holder and also didn’t come with the strap across the front. Such a shame as the inside is an actual decent book with decent paper etc. just annoying that it doesn’t have certain thing I look for in a good gym book as advertised.

Good, but missing pen loop
The media could not be loaded. I really like this product, but it's Very Disappointing that the pen loop it was supposed to come with wasn't attached. I already started writing in it before I noticed, so now I have to keep track of my pen at the gym along with the notebook.
Excellent Fitness Tracker
I absolutely love this fitness tracker! I used to be able to keep track of things in my head when it came to my work out. This just makes it simple for me. It also helps me when I increase my weights and I can see my progress in my workouts. It also keeps me honest.

Very cute, it is very practical and useful.
Color is off
I really like this fitness journal, my only issue is the color...It's much darker than the picture provided. The advertised pic is much lighter and what I got is a very deep purple.
