I did everything it claimed to do, but only seemed to work with certain service providers, a bit like British cellular providers not roaming in home country, only when abroad. It was wonderful to give all friends and relatives a USA number to call us, as well as the ease of use in making calls. I'd researched to help decide on this SIM and would get another for a subsequent trip.

Let me down .wouldnt activate on arriving in USA. You have to register the sim via their website. Try seeing the minuscule sim I/d after a 9 hr flight. You then need Wi-Fi to acces their site.Other sims I bought from Bolo simply automatically registered on switching phone on.Cost me £4 to use my uk phoneNot impressedNo refund policy apparently .

Had been doubtful about whether to get a SIM for data and calls for in the USA rather than relying on WiFi. I was glad that we did though. Registration of the SIM really easy and it worked well for us

The information provided with the sim was not enough to get the sim registered. I tried all codes that were on the chip and the package and nothing worked. Then I bought a 2 Dollar Sim and it worked like a charm. Same product but from a difefrent company (MINT- awesome, cheap, reliable).So skip this. You can also not return it, or call anyone for help to get the missing information.

Bought 2 of these cards to use on our family holiday and neither of them worked contacted the customer services in America they could do nothing and just kept asking me to call them problem being the phone wouldn’t work with their SIM card so no phone after several wasted days I gave up now home and have tried to contact Bolo to complain and can’t get anywhere with them either so a total waste of money and time this is the last time I will use Bolo as the customer service is poor

Signal in major cities ok, poor out in mid west states e.g. Wyoming, Colorado etc. hardly any signal at all. Wanted it for emergency situations when travelling, no use at all in Wyoming, never had a signal anywhere.

We are currently in the USA with 4 of these and we cannot activate them at all!!! Complete waste of money and very disappointed!

Utterly useless extremely disappointing
I purchased this in preparation for an upcoming trip, but the activation process was a complete hassle and didn’t work at all. It nearly caused me to cancel my plans. Thankfully, I found a local SIM store just in time that was able to help me out. This product, however, was utterly useless extremely disappointing.
