Unfortunately this didn't work at all,caused bloating and gut upset.

These capsules worked very well for me. They helped me to loose 14 kg over a course of 6 months. I must emphasise that you must be very organised to see the effect. You have to take 2 capsules 3 times a day and within 30 min - 1 h before your meal. It is OK to skip once in a while or take them outside this interval once in a while. However, unless you are very punctual all other times you might not get the full benefit of taking them. They work on principle of previous clinical trial on effect of glucomannan on the weight loss, but also supplemented with a range of other good things to keep you going while you are loosing that weight. Yes, I recommend if you are able to stick to a routine.

These tablets come in a space saving package. They do not have an unpleasant flavour and they are easy to swallow.

You’re getting a decent 3000mg dosage in these but that involves taking 6 of them a day. I really appreciate the fact that this is a clearly marked vegan supplement with a vegetarian capsule shell. The capsules are typical size and easy enough to swallow. You are getting 90 here and if you stick to the recommended serving size of 2 of them three times a day then they will last you around 15 days. Pretty good value for money though at under a tenner. You get a decent expiry date so more than enough time to use this supplement up. Certainly one to consider.
