My friend told me about Ketosource, many times actually... so I resisted. She uses their products. She recommended another mct oil they have. But... this one was slightly cheaper. So I decided to go with it.I received it with a lovely letter from the founder in the box. Really useful information on how best to use it. My friend just said she puts it in her coffee in the morning.I tried it with tea as I don't drink coffee. Easy. And I did notice (surprisingly!) that I wasn't as hungry this evening. Magic! I think I'll have to learn more about how this works.The bottle is beautiful. It stands out as professional. I also reached out to them with some questions I had as they offer free nutritional advice!!! Such a great experience, especially in my long struggle with weight loss. You can tell this product is crafted with passion!

I like the fact that it is easy to take. I believe the C8 content will be more beneficial to my health and weight loss journey. I noticed I have more energy while taking this product. I would say that its money well spent.

Don't be fooled the word PURE , when I read pure I assumed organic. I was wrong this "pure" oil is mixed with palm oil and THAT is not pure, that's poison.

The product is good, but the quality of the bottle is terrible.. first of all plastic, (I know the glass version is available) but worst is how badly it pours. Makes a dripping mess every time.... Bottle is always oily and just leaves a mess everywhere..
