This cup is perfect size for a nice big cuppa. Holds the heat remarkably well given it isn’t metal or glass - which means it’s lovely and light in my bag and doesn’t give my tea that horrible metal taste other cups do. Really beautiful, too, and always gets lots of compliments! No complaints :)

Nicely constructed and well designed portable hot beverage cup, lid has a secure feeling when fitting on and off but I doubt if it is totally leak proof if inverted or at a severe angle. The cup is not insulated and the design (fluted body) aids grip but seems to act as a heat synch so your drink will not maintain temperature for longer than a standard paper cup. Perfect for grabbing a coffee on the go etc, would I buy again yes as it functions well as a cup, drinks well from the lid and gives no taste taint.

Nice design, easy to keep clean and indeed the fins do stop your fingers from getting burnt. They do state that the cup is insulated. I would say that I don't find my drink stays hot for long though. It's only a small thing but don't buy this if your primary requirement is the insulation.

Switched from big coffees to espresso and this is a perfect little cup to use and avoid single use rubbish. I thought it was a smidgen pricey but is obviously much cheaper than larger cups. All in all a great piece of good looking kit!

Brilliant cupRegardless of how hot the contents are, the outside never gets more than lukewarm.Make your favourite coffee and you can pick the cup straight up which is a massive USP in my opinion for this cup.

Received as scratched in the top and the charcoal color is not pure.. dust everywhere even after washing, its still not glossy
