The media could not be loaded. Video shows straight out of the box and plugged in, with just the light on. I have a large fire place so wanted the larger size of this model. Very pleased so far. Price was fair, good heat from the fan at the base. Controllable thermostat, low, med high and 2 heater setting. It's in a room that isn't used often, so wanted to be able to have a glow and instant heat, this heater provides both.The fan is not too loud but is noticeable, would end up as background sound if the TV was on but may be a nuisance if no other sounds on in room.

It both give a warm feeling but gives off heat as well. We use it on a fireplace to make the room look cosy.

I bought the original Kamini FX 3 years ago and have been delighted with it. It has a quiet fan, about 55 Db, and a good fire effect, especially with a few judiciously placed ceramic logs. So I thought I’d buy this as an upgrade, slightly bigger, and with a remote control.But what a disappointment! Don’t buy unless you’re happy with 70 Db of a howling gale when the fan is on. I just don’t get what Kamini have done, they’ve made a bigger fire with a smaller fan and smaller discharge grid at the front - so the fan has to blow harder and boy can you hear it. And the fire effect is awful, looks like what it is, an artificial lump of plastic, much higher and less attractive than the FX.The remote is great. Everything else, useless - for me, unusable, consigned to the recycling bin. Fortunately, the FX is still working great.Edit - instead of consigning to the bin, I decided to invalidate the guarantee and dismantle this device to source the whistle when the fan is on. It was a poor baffle on the fan and a gap between it and the element housing, so I replaced it with a better one - its now quieter than my FX at about 52 Db. Then I completely removed the horrible plastic fire effect and replaced it with one made from ceramic logs. Now look at the fire in place and compare it with the original! Of course I am not suggesting anyone else should do this, but I’m posting in the hope that Klarstein will take note and supply a much better product. Everyone that sees it wants to know where I got it - and I can’t tell them its available anywhere.

having to return a second one of these - both had damage to the wood effect top 'plastic'; packaging box very secure, but there must be some internal movement to cause this

The fire is noisy when just using the glow function, had to return and re-order as the fire looks good.

It looked good in its place (fire place) but it didn’t through the flames 🔥 as high as we expected.

We bought the white one as it was slightly less expensive. They should be the same price as the black would look better

Me ha encantado el producto! Simula una chimenea quedando muy bonita en el salon.Ademas es muy potente para el tamaño que tiene, dando mucho calor sin hacer ruido.Un acierto total
Bellissimo e caratteristico fuoco finto
The media could not be loaded. L'oggetto raffigura perfettamente il fuoco all'interno del camino. Come descritto ha 5 effetti di fuoco, un valore, loro dicono fino a 30 gradi, ma a me non arriva più di 23. Dietro c'è il sensore di calore che non può essere spostato, molto probabilmente all'interno del camino sente una temperatura più alta e all'esterno non arriva più di questi gradi. Fa comunque molto calore ed è a risparmio energetico, non consuma molto. Ho aspettato per fare recensione per capire meglio. Sono soddisfatta, ma preferivo arrivasse a più valore. Per il resto vorrei dare 5 stars. Per ora grazie al venditore
Purtroppo arrivato inutilizzabile
Il caminetto è di buona fattura e dal punto di vista scenografico delle fiamme e colorazione dei tronchi è molto bello. Purtroppo il mio è arrivato con l'indicazione numera digitale non funzionante quindi non facilmente programmabile e/o impossibile capire il livello di potenza termica/ventola/temperatura impostata e di illuminazione selezionato. Ho effettuato il reso in attesa della sostituzione o del riacquisto.

El producte m'ha agradat molt. L'he posat dins una ximenea cassete que no utilitzava i queda molt bé.L'única cosa que no me va agradar va ésser l'entrega. Va arribar abans del dia previst i sense telefonar ni res deixaren el paquet davant el portal. Quan vàrem arribar el trobàrem per sort. D'haver estat un dia que no haguéssim arribat aviat ben segur que algú se'n hauria duit el paquet.L'endemà vàrem rebre un e-mail de la companyia repartidora que deia que l'havien entregat. Massa tard, per cert.
