They have survived all the rough and tumble and being thrown around and are still in good working order and no parts have dropped off! These are lovely toys and brilliant value for money and because they are sturdy and well made they are safe for quite young children* (*my grandson was around 14 months old when I purchased them but obviously he needed supervision as with any toy)
