Lovely doll, nicely made with lovely accessories. My daughter is thrilled with her birthday gift!For those confused as to why the jacket doesn’t fit over the hands- the hands are designed to pop out of the arm at the wrist to take clothes on or off the doll. If you gently twist the centre part of the wrist joint (not the hand itself, it will probably snap it), the hand will pop out. It can then be gently popped back in after dressing- I taught my 5 year old how very easily and she is able to do it by herself without breaking it, but I would advise adults helping if your child tends towards being rougher or is easily frustrated!

great quality, perfect, her hair was a little greasy after unboxing her but i just rinsed it with water and its fine now.

I bought this doll for myself and not for a child. She is on display although I have swapped her boots for gold sandals which I prefer. She is very good quality and comes with lots of accessories. Well worth the money.

I'm a long term Monster High fan. This was the first doll I've bought from the new reboot (I also bought a new Draculaura) and I've always wanted a Cleo (I have Neferia from the first generation). The body sculpts are very different from what they used to be, but I genuinely love them. It makes the characters look more diverse and I think it suits them. I love her hair, I think her face is so cute, and I adore her accessories. The water bottle designed to look like a canopic jar is my particular favourite.

Lovely doll, we have several of these. My daughter plays with these more than her Barbie’s as they appear a more ‘grown up doll’ to her. Only negative point I would make is the clothes are often tricky to get on and off as the cuffs/ sleeves are very tight.

Got this for the daughter quality is very good and the detail is very good worth the price in black friday not sure it's worth 30 pound (normal price) but monster high is very pricey but better then barbie.

Amazing doll, I love her, the colors are vibrant, the hair's quality is amazing, so soft, her face is serving everything, and it's a fun toy to gift to any Monsters High fan!

This doll is beautiful and as described. I would definitely recommend this purchase, but then I recommend purchasing any Mattel Monster High doll. The quality of the materials they use and the attention to detail is above and beyond and the quality and durability of the doll and accessories are far batter than that of Barbie dolls and far more posable. The price is so affordable for such a high quality doll. You really can't go wrong. This particular Cleo came with less accessories that most other dolls in this brand and series that I've seen and those we've purchased, but it's the only thing I notice that
