The media could not be loaded. Exactly what I needed and is working smoothly at the moment. Used this to create a Lazy Susan for our garden table to have the parasol through the middle. A bit of a bodge job due to my shoddy woodwork but the hardware was perfect. I did have to Google how to attach it but wasn’t difficult to find instructions.I’ll definitely be buying more as my brother wants the same for his garden!

Wasn't expecting my lazy susan to be so lazy on arrival, not fit for purpose

Bearing have started to fall out. This is perhaps because it is not that well held together, or maybe due to the rather thin metal bending during use!!!Either way, not a good quality product, it has had at the most 25kg on it, and the description says 500lbs!!!!!!!

I personally wouldn't say that these are suitable for bar-stool type chairs.I initially bought these but they didn't fit (the holes didn't line up), plus they didn't feel very sturdy.May have other uses though that I'm not aware ofHave to say that return was straightforward and received a refund very quickly.
