I ordered this as a gift for my mum for Christmas. The charm was to go with a Pandora bracelet that I had ordered. We all know Pandora is expensive and I also wanted a sentimental charm! Found this charm and decided to upload a photo from almost 18 years ago of me and my mum.I received the charm and unfortunately it didn’t fit the Pandora bracelet. I contacted customer service and was assisted by Adam. He was extremely helpful and reassured me that this was extremely rare, occurring 1 in every 10,000. Adam sent out a replacement with Royal Mail tracked 48.I received the product today. Fits beautifully! So glad and it will make such a wonderful gift.Definitely recommend this product! Great team too if you have any concerns or queries regarding your product.Thank you Adam for the wonderful customer service!
