Much quieter than my old unit, which died on me. Looks smarter than most other air conditioners. The hose is long enough to reach through my window, which is quite high up. It does what it’s supposed to do and cools the room quickly so I am more than happy.

Nice unit and a godsend during the heatwave earlier in the summer.It's not 9verlybquiet though and is quite intrusive.Not as efficient as I'd hoped but maybe that was my expectations being too high.Very versatile with heating, cooling, fan only and dehumidifier functions.Exhaust vent hose could be longer as can't reach the windows in my office (which are just below the ceiling and around 12" deep).

I set this up in my bedroom. Placed it on my bedside cabinet so that the exhaust hose is as straight as possible when sticking it out the window. (My window doesn't work for the window kit provided but it doesn't matter.) I closed the window on the pipe, (it's still slightly open but only to allow the pipe out) pulled down the blinds as far as possible, closed the curtains and turned on my machine.The top opened and started blasting out cold air. My room was cool in minutes to the point where I was satisfied with turning it off. The room is warming back up again but we don't like using electricity too much in our house because of bills.Of course it is a bit noisy but that is not a problem if it's pumping out cold air.Very happy with my purchase. If you follow the instructions carefully, you really shouldn't have any problems with it.

We got this last year during the very hot months. It is a really good item and does keep one room cool with no issues.We haven't used the othe settings as there was no need, but in terms of keeping the temperature down, this little boy is a gem and doesn't need much of setting up

Fantastic product and I would highly recommend. The air con goes to a minimum of 18 degrees and this is more than enough to get through the summer days (or heat wave). Smart and easy to use. I would definitely recommend. Thank you seller.
