I bought these not expecting that much, boy was I wrong. The capsules are easy to swallow and quite small without in any kind of aftertaste. The desired effect of increased energy levels were straight away don’t get me wrong I didn’t feel like Usain Bolt, but I do feel I have more energy throughout the day. Don’t forget the odd side-effects that your urine does turn quite orange but this is, I am led to believe is quite normal for B vitamins. Would recommend

As a vegan I am really happy with this particular brand because from the names it is obvious that is a vegan brand and product. You get 30 capsules here and if you stick to the dosage of one daily they will last a month. The capsules are of typical size and I find them easy enough to swallow. The capsules are made out of vegetarian shells so no worrying about whether they have used cheap nasty unfriendly gelatine. At just over a tenner then maybe not the cheapest considering you only get 30 days supply but I am happy to support a vegan company because I don’t have to worry about looking at the fine print to figure out whether this is a vegan product. Plus the quality of the ingredients seems high. You also get a very long expiry date and they are almost 3 years from the date of ordering. Overall very happy.

I have been taking Vit B Complex for years, and these capsules seem as good as any other for boosting energy and fighting fatigue.However, I am not sure why they cost about four times as much. The packaging appears cheaper, as they just come in a sachet rather than a plastic pot or tube, and the capsules don't seem to offer anything beyond what others do.

Fairly large capsules so might be problematic for those who have difficulty swallowing. Suitable for vegans and vegetarians, which is always good news for me. I like the minimalist packaging, but I don't Ike the price. I take a teeny tiny tablet of B12 every morning, from a bottle of 400 which cost me around £11 – why pay roughly the same price for 30!

I suffer from low energy and fatigue. This is partly due to vitamin deficiencies so I find that Vitamin B complex has really helped me to regain some of that energy back. I have used various different brands over the last few years (Jarrow, Igennus, Swanson etc.) and find this is more or less comparable. Although per capsule it works out more expensive, it’s relatively cheap in that you can try a month’s worth and see if you get on with it rather than between 90-120 capsules in a typical pot.Admittedly the capsules are a bit bigger than usual, but I have no issue swallowing them. I also prefer to take Vitamin B6 in the form P-5-P but this Hcl form included in the Dr Vegan “Uber energy” is still acceptable.I used to take B complex every day but now I just take it every 3 days to keep myself topped up. I always take it before 2pm since taking it later in the day can interrupt sleep.If you are someone who is low in B vitamins like me, you may find this gives you some of your energy back. If you need it, it should give you normal energy and stamina, not a buzzy wired feeling.It’s worth saying that if you aren’t low in B vitamins you could feel a bit hyped (in an unpleasant way) if you continually take these. They’re pretty harmless in this dose as they’re water soluble and you’ll just wee them out.

This supplement offers a good dosage of all the major B vitamins, but at 37p/day it is not the cheapest.Compared to others, you pay more, but get a much better dosage than average, which is my main reason for requesting these.At £11/month these are still a little more expensive than I would hope for, likely because the package only contains 30 Capsules. I would prefer large packs which cost less per month - I do dislike supplements which come in individual month bottles and would prefer 2-3 months worth at a minimum.The packaging is good, being fully biodegradable rather one of the regular plastic tubs, so for this I am willing to pay a little more than normal to reduce my waste.I would definitely recommend this supplement because of the packaging and high dosage, but if available, or for a larger pack size which is cheaper per capsule.

This is a good quality, vegan Vitamin B complex supplement. It comes in the form of normal sized capsules that are easy to swallow with water. It is quite comprehensive and contains good levels of each of the B vitamins. It is, however, more expensive than a regular B complex supplement, costing nearly £11 or only one month's supply. I suspect this may be due to it being fully vegan, so may be worth it for many folks. It is packed in an eco-friendly sachet as well, which is great.

It works as good as the last name brand product I purchased with B vitamins for me. I take methylated B daily I like that this one adds dandelion, choline and inositol too, which are not in my previous formulation. I especially like that there are no added fillers. I also like the packaging that seems better for the environment The capsules are small and easy to swallow. There is no taste or odor. This is a one month supply of 30 pills at one per day. It is a little more expensive than my previous brand but I would consider getting it again as I like it. Mine is also fresh with an expiration date of December 2026.

Comprehensive b vitamin complex

If you're expecting the "zip" from caffeine, you won't be getting it with this. But if you want something a little more natural and gentle on your system, I'd recommend it. I didn't get any added feelings of anxiety with this, which is something that taking caffeine causes me.One side effect that surprised me -- after taking this, my pee was neon green/yellow. It was kind of shocking! I must need to drink more water. I take it to mean that this contains more vitamins than my body is able to process at once.

A very clean supplement worth investing in. It has all the B Vitamins in decent dosages and it has the natural forms of the vitamins, instead of the synthetic ones (Niacin, instead of Niacinamide and Methylcobalamin instead of the Cyanocobalamin). They also added Choline, Inositol and Dandelion powder. They left out the chemical anti-caking agents and preservatives. This is an excellent, clean supplement.

Potent package of high strength Vitamin B for vegans who are used to paying more.

In doing my research, you're getting a lot more B vitamins here than most people would need. I could see taking such a high dose periodically, but I don't believe hardly anyone would need this much every day.The real story here is how these are vegan, which is a rarity in the B complex market.All of the other B-complex vitamins that I looked at were vegetarian, but not vegan. Once again, if you're choosing the vegan lifestyle, you will do so at a premium, as these vitamins are much more expensive than the commonly available vegetarian equivalents.So for the vast majority of people who aren't vegan, choosing a less potent and much less expensive vegetarian option is choice I would recommend.That all said, they certainly seem to be well made and while the packaging is unconventional (as in, unique for the vitamins I shop around for) I understand the idealist vision of being a vegan.

I felt a bit energetic after 2 weeks. I felt like I don't need to take a nap in the day and can get through the day without feeling sleepy. I feel more hungry though. I am not sure if that is a co incidence but I found myself working out more and longer so probably that is the reason why I am always hungry
