This year I chose Instant Knockout Cut. The product is well reviewed on Bolo by other users and the product page gives really clear information about the product, what it claims to do and what it contains. The product claims to be geared towards martial artists, which suits me as that is my passion.This last point is crucial as the supplements market has exploded in recent years and much of what you buy is chock full of filler and/or cheap low quality ingredients. The clarity of information suggests to me that this product is a 'cut' above the competition in terms of transparency and I appreciate that!I ordered it and the delivery came literally within a few hours - I haven't had a Prime delivery that quick since I don't know when! The product arrived in pristine condition - well packaged.The product packaging is very cool and has a premium feel - would make a good gift for the fitness or MMA enthusiast. Furthermore inside the box is a very cool fist shape bottle! I love this!I've been taking the product for about 10 days and I think I am feeling a difference - greater energy levels and my appetite seems reduced.Definitely a good choice!

The product was delivered the morning after placing the order with the delivery person waiting to hand it over, though usually Bolo guys ring the bell and leave packages on the porch. Inside the packaging, the box was slightly torn at the corner but the bottle itself was not damaged and the seal was still intact. It was easy to get one capsule from the bottle as they don't stick together like some other supplements. Instructions are on the box in great detail and are easy to read, along with the nutritional, ingredients and best before information. I was pleasantly surprised that it was vegan and made in the UK! They put great care in explaining the product on the Bolo page and are very transparent about the ingredients without any "proprietary formulas".

The product arrived right on schedule, which was a great start. The packaging is excellent, with a unique bottle shaped like a fist that allows you to see the contents clearly. After using it for a couple of days, I can say it's effective. Previously, I would often eat late at night and head straight to the kitchen in the morning for more food. However, since starting this supplement, I've noticed a significant reduction in my hunger. Now, I only eat a small amount, which is just enough to satisfy my needs. Overall, I'm pleased with the results so far.

This is what you call lightning speed delivery. I placed the order at 9pm and it was with me by 3pm the next day. I'm sure they must have sent Superman to deliver it. You know you won't be letdown if you are in a rush for them.I adore the container they came in. It's very masculine and fits perfectly in the palm of your hand. It's see through so you know when you need to place the next order.When I was looking to see what to buy, there were so many options available but Instant Knock Out told me everything I wanted to know, who it was for, what it would do and what results I would get. It didn't take hours for me to look through information and compare to others. There were a lot of positive reviews too which shows it's a genuine product which works.I've only used it for close to a month but my snack cravings have dwindled which is iconic. Prior to using these, I was grazing like a hippo in a field but now it's really reduced. They give you a pounce of energy so ideal on a gym day to help you get more out of your work out.I would definitely recommend it. What have you got to lose.

The packaging is interesting and unique however I don't think it's a good idea to have a clear plastic container for things such as tablets or capsuls, usually you'd try to keep them away from sunlight.It doesn't contain any harsh ingredients which is great but I didn't notice a huge effect maybe a bit of an energy boost.

This arrived quickly and within the expected delivery time. The packaging is great, I love that the bottle is the shape of a fist and that you can clearly see the contents inside to see how many capsules you have left! The instructions on how and when to take them are clear.I’ve been using these for the best part of a week now and I can safely say I have noticed how much more energy I have without the need for eating extra food. My performance at the gym and for my running sessions has also really noticeably improved as well. I feel like I am getting lean yet not losing my muscle mass.Ideal product and I’d recommend to all! My partner also started taking these since I started and is just beginning to notice the benefits of them!

After reading about this product for years, I decided to give it a go.First I must say I used Animal cuts fat burners (on and off for 3 years) and got very good results. However, I think my body was getting used to it, therefore the effects wasn't the same anymore. I also found out they changed the formula. So I decided it was time to try something new.Instant knockout cuts, I have read and seen this product online for years.All I can say it has zero effect on me, everything they claimed it would do, it didn't.I felt hungry, I had no extra boost, I did not sweat, (I sweat a huge amount very easily).I haven't finished the bottle yet, so far it's been a very expensive waste of money.

I lost 5 pounds in 2 weeks.

It's been 1 month since I included Instant Knockout into my daily routine. With a steady, not-so-strict diet, working out 4-5 days a week a little cardio I've managed to drop 16lbs so far and counting. Time to re-up!!!
