Mine was missing the plastic bit in the rope to protect it from hard surfaces. But it's still holding up. Great rope. No issues so far.

Due to self-isolation I was looking for an alternative form of exercise and decided to give skipping a go. Both my daughter's and wife's jump ropes were too small for me, so decided to buy this one and I am really pleased with the purchase.At 6ft2, it has proved to be the perfect length for my height.Adjusting the length of the rope looks like it would be easy. Simply push the excess rope through the handle, tie a new knot and pull the new knot back into the handle. Cut off the excess with a sharp pair of scissors or knife. Unlike some other jump ropes, no need for screw drivers, keys or bolt cutters here.The blue and white braided rope is easily visible against both dark and light backgrounds, is of nice diameter and weight, and makes a good sound when rotated at speed. It comes fitted with a short length of plastic protective sheath midway along the length of the rope to help extend the life of the rope.The wooden handles have been nicely turned and finished with no rough edges. The handles fit securely in my hands, are easy and comfortable to grip. I prefer them to the plastic or foam handles on other jump ropes I have tried, which I found tended to make the palm of my hands sweat making them more difficult to grip.Although I have just recently purchased the jump rope, its simplicity of design and quality of construction gives me confidence in the durability of this product. I believe it is the ideal purchase for a novice or beginner to skipping like myself.

la corda tende naturalmente ad avvolgersi su se stessa, essendo priva di cuscinetti a sfera.L'esercizio va svolto con la rotazione del polso per evitare questo fenomeno altrimenti inevitabile.Prodotto buono per quel che è: una corda da saltare per fare esercizio senza rimetterci uno stinco se si fallisce nella sincronizzazione del salto - cosa che avviene invece con le corde "moderne".Il prodotto si mantiene nel tempo nella forma e nella qualità.
Corda un po' spessa ma sistema molto semplice per la regolazione
Chiariamolo subito: è un articolo entry-level.Come d'altronde scritto anche sulla bustina che la contiene (carina e riutilizzabile), si tratta di uno strumento "basico" che però è sempre meglio di certe cordacce che spesso si trovano in palestra a disposizione di tutti.Le "maniglie" sono in plastica e dalla discreta ergonomia, la corda in sé è in gomma, piuttosto rigida (e questo è bene) ma anche un tantinello spessa (e questo è meno bene).Le corda più performanti in assoluto sono infatti tanto rigide quanto sottili, nei manici si trovano persino dei sistemi a cuscinetti a sfera per ridurre al minimo l'attrito.Però si tratta di articoli in ben altre fasce di prezzo, il cui acquisto, quantomeno a parer mio, ha senso solo se vi siete appassionati alla cosa.Se invece, come me, vi ritrovate semplicemente a saltare solo perché il vostro adorabile istruttore di crossfit mette sempre quei 5/10 minuti di corda ad ogni sessione, allora meglio avere la propria, della giusta e personale misura.Se c'è infatti una cosa che ho subito apprezzato moltissimo di questa corda è la facilità con la quale la si può regolare, in un primo momento anche senza tagliarla.Sebbene infatti lo stesso produttore suggerisce come come fare intervenendo però da subito con le forbici, in base alla mia esperienza, meglio prima intervenire semplicemente sui gancetti bianchi, farci qualche giro, e poi, solo dopo, tagliare.Lasciando anche infatti "l'avanzo" che sporge dai manici, la corda funziona uguale.Insomma, ve la consiglio sì o no?Non è la più performante in commercio, ma non è nemmeno la più costosa.E' inoltre talmente lunga che ben si adatta anche se siete sopra il 1,80 m.

J’ai acheté cette corde à sauter BTONGE pour mes entraînements de fitness, et honnêtement je suis ravi du produit. Dès les premières séances, j’ai pu apprécier la souplesse parfaite de la corde, qui tourne de manière fluide sans s’emmêler ni accrocher. On sent qu’elle est conçue pour les mouvements rapides et précis, que ce soit pour du cardio ou des exercices plus intenses.Le réglage de la longueur est ultra facile, sans outils ni galère : quelques secondes suffisent pour l’adapter à ma taille. Une fois ajustée, elle reste bien en place, ce qui évite de devoir la réajuster constamment pendant l’entraînement.Les poignées antidérapantes sont top : elles offrent une excellente prise en main, même avec les mains moites, et la qualité de fabrication est irréprochable. Matériaux solides, finitions soignées, c’est un produit qui inspire confiance dès qu’on le tient.En résumé : une corde à sauter confortable, bien pensée et parfaite pour une utilisation régulière. Elle m’accompagne désormais dans toutes mes séances, et je ne peux que la recommander à ceux qui cherchent un accessoire fiable et agréable à utiliser.
