The gel packs are microwavable for use in heat therapy or can be placed in the freezer for use in cold therapy. The packs remain pliable when cold, allowing them to be used as a compress with maximum contact against body parts. How to Use:
1. If using the HypaGel Hot/Cold Pack for Children for heat therapy, warm it in the microwave for approximately 50 seconds. If using the Therapy Pack for cold therapy, cool it in the freezer for at least an hour.
2. Insert the therapy pack into a sleeve, compression cover or similar barrier.
3. Apply the therapy pack to the injured area.
