I needed a lightweight bench for getting back into working out and one that doesn’t take up much room in the house. This is perfect. It’s well made, easy to put together and pretty sturdy for a smaller bench. It folds up small for storage as well. Can’t fault it really.The one small thing that is annoying is the gap between the front and back part of the bench when the bench is flat, which is slightly wide. I found I have to reposition myself so it doesn’t become uncomfortable. I guess won’t be the same for everyone though and depends on your height etc. It’s not a deal breaker and I’d recommend it overall for the price.

I needed a compact bench that can be easily stored for personal training in a small studio. This bench fits the bill perfectly!Very easy to set up and both parts of the bench are adjustable. Very sturdy, have used it for step ups and jumps and no issues with any wobbles. Very easy to fold down and put back up too!

Easy to set up. Padding is comfortable and built is quite sturdy. Good value for money. Bench has multiple angles that just lock easily when adjusting. Still lightweight so convenient to move around when not in use.

I’ve used this bench many times now, and it’s been brilliant. The sturdy build and 300kg weight capacity give me total confidence during workouts, and the adjustable positions make it great for everything from bench presses to core exercises. The padding is thick and comfortable, and it doesn’t feel cheap at all. What I love most is how compact and easy to store it is—I just fold it up and slide it under the bed when I’m done. If you’re looking for a solid, versatile bench for home use, this one ticks all the boxes!

'Buy cheap, buy twice'....! That was the adage my old grannie used to say.And, you know what? She was right!I bought a slightly cheaper bench from an online 'fitness company' last year.I can't say that I was impressed with it at the time, but it wasn't really cost effective to return it.Long story, short.... It was a disaster, so I decided to give this 'Yoleo' bench a good coat of looking at.Good price (tick), looked the business (tick), next day delivery with Prime... (tick).When it arrived, it was just a case of unboxing it, and off you go!First impressions were good. It looked solid, it was comfy, and a doddle to adjust.In fact it was everything my previous bench wasn't!, plus it folds up for storage, and some clever person even thought to fit a carrying handle on the frame between the seat and backrest.I've used it a good number of times now, and everything on it is spot on, and it doesn't feel rickety at all. In fact, it doesn't budge an inch when in use, even on carpet.(I dunno if I mentioned it earlier, but I had another, different bench, and that really did not instill confidence in me, and it didn't have a carry handle!)So don't do what I did..... If you are looking for a solid, comfy, decently priced weight bench that does what it should.... you've found it!Try this one, honestly, it has aided my workouts no end.

I was very pleased to find there was no assembly required, and the bench feels solid as a rock and good quality. Fantastic value! No more using the corner of my bed to do chest exercise. Folds up small and takes up very little room too!

Good size. Good stability. Easy to assemble, to move and to store. Padding is firm so isn’t very comfortable if used for a long while but still quite good. Foot rest isn’t very helpful if it’s not exactly your size.

I appreciate when furniture and equipment is easy to assemble, particularly when its meant to withstand a great deal of weight. I'm very intimidated by details, i'm always worried i'll miss a little screw somewhere and the whole thing will fall apart with me on it. Thankfully, the Yoleo bench comes mostly assembled. One needs only to put apply three pieces; 2 pins and a bolt for the leg brace. Everything was very heavy and sturdy, though the bench was still light enough for me to carry to my garage without issue.I feel genuinely safe using the bench, it can support a massive amount of weight and stress. I have never felt more safe sitting on something I put together out-of-the-box by myself. It is also incredibly stable. Although it looks very narrow and light, it is extremely well-balanced and doesn't wobble. It didn't even move slightly when we used it on our carpet (seen in pics). The bench is so perfectly designed, you'd think it was completely fastened to the ground.I don't have my weights yet for training, but I am desperate to work out my core muscles and tone my stomach. One of my issues doing sit-ups on the ground is that, without support, my hamstrings are doing most of the work lifting my torso up. This leads to no strength training to my abdominal muscles whatsoever. This bench has two cushioned bars for my ankles that support me as I do sit-ups on the bench. I have not felt my abdominal muscles be thoroughly worked out for about 10 years until I purchased this bench. This has made it so much easier for me to commit to my workout and focus on my daily workout goals. The foam lining for the bars is also very thick and high-quality. I don't foresee it getting worn down for a very long time, even with heavy use.I have tried going to gyms because I love using equipment, but it was so difficult to commit because of commute. Having good equipment in my garage is doing wonders for me and is helping me develop a better lifestyle. I am so grateful I purchased this bench. Its versatility is especially important to me because my house is not very large. I need to be selective with the furniture and equipment I bring into it, lest I quickly run out of space. It is also compact which I appreciate. This is the perfect addition to your home if you plan on integrating strength training.

Very solid work out bench. I’ve pleasantly surprised. Cokes already assembled aside from the pins as well. Great bench that can be slid under the bed or such areas. Just remove the pins and you’re good to go.
