This was this easiest plumbing job a have ever done. The old Grohe shower mixer would only provide lukewarm water. The cost of new thermostatic valve replacement was £72 pounds on the old mixer which was over 15 years old and looking very tiredSo decided to buy this one on Bolo at a very good price.Took me less than 15 minutes to remove old mixer and replace it with this new Grohe shower mixerLooks really good and did not need any adjustments to the temperature setting Just produce hor water at 38 degrees as per the manufacturer setting

Looks classy. Works well. Easy to fit. Took me no more than 5 minutes to fit it. I bought ‘used - like new’ which was slightly cheaper. basically means someone bought it and sent it back I think. You’d never know. Box wasn’t damaged. Item absolutely perfect. No issues whatsoever I’ve tried it a couple of times. No dripping. The last one I had different brand started dripping and was stuck on hot. So defiantly happy with this one. Good brand apparently. Should last a long time. I’m really happy with it. Makes the bathroom look expensive as well

... The button on the left side which you have to push to allow for more water flow broke after a month, it's stuck down which means it freely turns and doesn't restrict water flow. Bit disappointed really given it's a Grohe, I expected more that's why I didn't pick a Bristan. It's not a big deal of course but I liked being able to snap it into position, now I always end up over turning it.

Excellent shower mixer - needed to replace an existing Grohe unit and it was a wonderfully straightforward to swap out.

The media could not be loaded. Replaced previous shower bar with this one. So much easier to use.Shower hose and head not included.

The first mixer was making loud buzzing noise from day one. Grohe sent an engineer who new what the problem was straight away - check valve. He said it was not uncommon with Grohe mixers. Couple weeks later the engineer returned to replace the check valve (around 1 month in total for repairs). A couple months later buttons on both knobs failed. Instead of calling Grohe again, I just retuned the mixer to Bolo and purchased another one (same model).With the second mixer - the same problem from day one: buzzing noise. Returned to Bolo immediately; not bothering with Grohe support or grohe products again.Purchase a Bristan Artisan mixer (same price category) - works like a charm so far, and much cooler on touch than grohe.
