However, I must say that having this Beef Bone Broth on hand is incredibly convenient.This ready-made bone broth is a time-saver when I need a quick and nutritious addition to my meals. I frequently use it as a base for soups, adding depth of flavor and a boost of nutrients. It also works wonders when cooking rice or other grains, infusing them with a savory taste.Ordinarily I tend to make my own homemade bone broth which produces a more gelatinous texture which is a better sign that you have extracted everything such as the minerals and collagen etc. however, this pre-made option is a great alternative for busy days or when I'm short on time.Obviously, the benefits of consuming bone broth are numerous, from supporting joint health to promoting gut health and more. Having this Beef Bone Broth on hand allows me to easily incorporate these benefits into my diet.

Great product. Needs to add some salt or marmite to take away the taste of blood. But it is bone broth. So to be expected. Not a bad price. Nice in noodle broths etc

My only concern these days is with cost . I have tried to make my own broth but it was a disaster and hard work. This is an easier but more costly solution. I have been very surprised how much a small amount has transformed an otherwise bland beef dish. Grass fed beef is so expensive and the supermarket variety is so unappealling. I have grass fed beef once recently which was nourishing and flavoursome - using this product does bring the dish closer to that experience. The size of pack and cap makes it easy to manage and use. I will order again. The anomaly of the subscribe service by Bolo does not allow delivery on a specific day, The day changes which is impractical. . This will need to be done manually. Regular users will miss out on the subscribe discount. This is an Bolo issue not Freja.

If you are buying this I guess you are mostly buying it to add some collagen to your diet, rather than as an enjoyable drink. Which is just as well as the flavour is very muted.There does seem to be a plenty of collagen in it, if you store a carton in the fridge it turns solid which is a good sign.Really the biggest problem with this product is the price. I dont think £13 a litre is something many people will buy on a regular basis.I get that it's not a cheap product to make (bones are in high demand these days, and then there's rising energy costs). But I can make a constant supply of broth myself in a pressure cooker, at almost half that price, and it has a better flavour too.I won't buy this again, but I hope the company finds whatever economies of scale are necessary to get this down to a reasonable price, and still make a profit. I'd probably buy it again at that point.

Best bone broth I've had. Lovely delicate flavour and nutrients are so great for all of the family. I use this as a base for all my sauces and gravies and use it instead of water to cook my rice. Even great as a hot chocolate base! Truly a super food.Good value for such a great product.
