400 days of vitality in a moderately sized jar. What more could you want for £18? Just dry swallowed (not really - the directions state to take with a glass of water) the last remaining tablet from a previous order (412 days ago - apparently I survived on vibes alone for a few days) and feel unusually excited to crack this new one open and begin the countdown once again.10/10 😃

Great tub of vitamins and will last you over a year, not to big or smelly so that is another bonus. Very easy to swallow, remember one a day with some water should do the trick. These are good for your eyes, hair, nails, brain, skin, gut, energy, iron, blood cells, heart, everything really. All you need to keep very healthy :)Great product 10/10Buy them now and be healthy
