It does say on the label 'do not apply direct to your skin', but like suntan lotion, each of us has different skin tone. It works for us and just thought it need balancing out.

These are Not applied directly to skin you have to stick them to the inside clothing over the area you want to target

These are not direct to skin, like the item title says. I was looking for direct to skin ones and thought I’d try these rather than my usual cura-heat ones - which are actually direct to skin.So misleading and disappointing.
