This maybe small, but does pack a punch - using it for garage workshop. Blowing off sawdust etc from projects, floor and tools. Lightweight, good size and well built, so should last a while.Happy has three speed settings as high is creating a dust cloud in garage. I only really use the first two as more than enough for required. Others note the length of the nozzle but think this is perfect even outside.I was choosing between the DUB185 and the DUB186 with longer nozzle. These are the same machine, but the longer nozzle decreases the air velocity to 68m/s as apposed to 98m/s for the 185. If i feel i need a longer nozzle for say the garden or reach, you can buy it for £12. But blowing debris of driveway, had no issue with shorter nozzle and using 5amp battery.Overall, wish i had got sooner and recommend.

Amazing power in a tiny size. This is superb for cleaning a garage, a car or even a home removing dust from everywhere. Of course lots of ventilation is needed to make sure the dust goes outside, but this has fulfilled all my hopes. Out in the garden, again, very good but less powerful than needed on damper leaves - perfect for all dry leaves. The vacuum facility (needs the dust bag) works fairly well, but is less important to us - it is, primarily a good blower!

Handy little blower. I have a big Stihl petrol blower but not everybody in my house can start it so they wanted a battery model. I have many Makita tools and batteries so this made sense.This blower is very lightweight and the battery lasts about 20 minutes so ideal for clearing the patio area. It’s also good for blowing out the garage as it can be used gently.Of all the battery tools I get to use, a blower is the best: quieter, lightweight, easy to direct.

Good solid machine, perhaps not as fast airflow as I anticipated but does the job. I use it to blow the rinse water off the car after washing. Need to use the highest setting.

I got this as all the lambs tails as we call them fall off the tree in our drive so igot this to blow them off, and it is brilliant, well worth the money.

Yes, this thing is small - but it works! I use it all the time (every few days at this time of year) to clear dry leaves off my large driveway and rear patio. This thing is *much* better than using a broom. It does a better job and is much, much faster. And being small, it lives in the cupboard by the front door.I had Makita batteries already, so my outlay was small. I don't know how much 'better' the bigger blowers would be, because this one works perfectly well for me.My only criticism is that the short nozzle makes me want to stoop a bit. But I can clear the whole drive in a few minutes, so that isn't a problem. Yes, I recommend this for clearing dry leaves from driveways.

Excellent little blower. Smaller than I was expecting but powerful and perfect for what I need. I wouldn't recommend this for clearing your driveway but I think it is probably powerful enough to do so.

Handy to have cleaning the workbench mm.

Come with 3 power trigger and the button control variable speed. Very handy to blow dust off the table and tight corners of work piece. Saved quite amount of time compare to sweeping dust off table and floor. If you already have makita 18v battery, this is one nice addition

If you want a light and portable blower look no further.

Delivery of this floor was done overnight and the size of the blower is quite acceptable. It comes up with all the accessories needed, but no battery so you have to buy the battery separately along with the charger that will drive up the price a little bit higher but as a blower it does it, advertise for and it has three levels of blowing works pretty fine for blowing small to medium dusty areas or dry your car after wash light weight and easy use portable on a car or a quick job if needed .

While visiting a friend I saw they had a different brand but it is so had to blow of steps, drive ways, and decks.I'm sold on Makita so bought this brand. We have 3 of these. One on our upper deck. My wife has one on our lower deck, and I have this one in my shop.Very handy to have. You'll find many uses for it.
