The media could not be loaded. The service was excellent, they installed and took my old washer away, very polite and friendly and gave good advice. The washing machine it's self it's perfect and very quiet. Very easy to use and straight forward. Definitely reccomend and comes with 2 years warranty

Very nice, quiet washing machine. Clothes come out smelling lovely & thoroughly clean.It's such a big upgrade over my 12 year old Beko washing machine. It had a 6kg drum whereas this new machine is 7kg. Perfect for myself & 2 children.I bought it used & the listing stated that the appearance was 'acceptable'. There is a noticeable scratch on the front left panel but I don't mind too much as it cost less, it was also a bit dusty so I had to wipe it down. Everything else is great & included all pipes required as well as having drum bolts installed for shipping.It was packaged really well but the delivery guys weren't much help. They put it in my hallway & left despite me saying I was disabled.Overall, I highly recommend this item.

The guys that came were very professional and efficient. They disconnected and removed the old machine and installed the new one, checking all was working before they left. They also took all packaging away with them. The machine is quiet and looks/works pretty good for the cost. I would highly recommend purchasing from Bolo. I was dubious, as I usually go to electrical retailers for large appliances. I will definitely purchase appliances from Bolo again.

Lasted 2 weeks and the a programme fault.. Bolo arranged for repair.. but I do not want a repair. It's reliability is shocking

Well pleased so far, it is has all the program modes needed, and the spin is much quieter than the old Hoover model I had. Hopefully it will be reliable long term. I really can't see why you would pay double the price for a machine that this does.

Didn't come with the wrench needed to remove blocking rods... lucky I have an adjustable wrench anyway. Other than that item is pretty good quality. Easy to install and to use, looks sleek, good machine overall.

Installazione pessima: ho evitato un disastro per miracoloHo acquistato questa lavatrice con installazione inclusa, ma l’esperienza è stata davvero deludente e pericolosa. I tecnici sono venuti, hanno collegato la lavatrice e avviato un programma veloce. Fin qui tutto bene, ma uno di loro mi ha detto che avrei dovuto comprare un pezzo dal ferramenta per stringere meglio i tubi… però "non c’era fretta".Dopo appena 10 minuti dalla loro uscita, sento un rumore d’acqua: la lavatrice stava allagando casa! Per fortuna ero vicina e sono riuscita a fermarla in tempo, evitando che l’acqua finisse sul parquet. C’erano almeno 2 cm d’acqua sul pavimento e ho impiegato un’ora intera a raccoglierla.Mi chiedo: che senso ha offrire l’installazione inclusa se poi devo completarla da sola e rischiare danni seri? È inaccettabile che non venga verificato il corretto montaggio prima di andare via.Delusione totale per il servizio. Fate attenzione.
