My husband absolutely loves this lip balm. It’s the only one he uses now. He likes how it moisturizes without feeling sticky, and the peppermint gives a fresh, cool sensation. It lasts a long time and is made with natural ingredients, which is a big plus.

You have to apply it more often than a conventional lip balm, but it’s worth it for not applying chemicals to your face. Completely natural ingredients and lasts a long time as well.

This is the nicest balm I’ve ever purchased. It has a minty tang to it that leaves a cold feel effect on your lips. I’m a bit of a dribbler and often get a wet corner to my mouth which can get sore, this balm has effectively stopped that little problem.I thoroughly recommend this, lasts a good while on your lips, not greasy or shiny and great to get it cheaper in the Black Friday sale.

I burnt my lips quite badly … my own stupid fault …metal spoon and boiling soup! However despite being a Dr and knowing how to treat the burns appropriately I was still struggling 4 weeks later with lips constantly peeling, cracked and VERY sore! I decided to try this product after hearing good things about it.The first application gave a strong tingling feeling (presumably the peppermint oil) but was still relieving.After only three days of repeated use my lips stopped peeling and began to heal.Ahhh bliss! I could even eat and drink normally, without having to avoid contact with lips.I continued to use the stick several times a day, and ensured putting lots on last thing at night.A week later my lips were fully healed. What a relief!A few weeks ago I tried a brand new lipstick (Estée… so not a cheap brand) but I reacted badly to it. First time ever that I’ve had a problem reacting to lipstick. My lips began to peel again, so I resumed using my Burts stick. Once more it healed my lips.I now use it every day morning and night even though my lips aren’t sore. It keeps them moisturised and healthy.I love that it’s not greasy and heavy feeling.It also doesn’t make me look like I’ve stuck my mouth in an oil slick.The slight peppermint tingle is refreshing and pleasant. The taste is likewise pleasant and not greasy.I now have a stick in my bag, one in my pocket and one on bedside cabinet so if needed I’ve got easy access in case of further problems or just to ensure I don’t forget to use daily to keep moisturised.Highly recommend this product. It’s brilliant.

Best lipbalm I have ever used - essential for every day daytime use (vaseline for night)

This is cheaper (in Aus at least) than from any chemist (inc. chemist warehouse) (chemists sell it individually, 4 - 6 each) If you know you like Burt's Bees and plan to use many more, I suggest you buy this 4 pack (I used 1 lipbalm in more or less a year, but these have long expiry dates) But let's say you didn't like Burt's Bees. Well then, please understand that this lipbalm is natural and (I think?) healthy. The reason I would not use vaseline (plain petroleum gel) is because it is not very convenient, but I do suggest using vaseline overnight and this lighter lipbalm during the day. The different flavours are extremely fun to use (coconut and pear is amazing too!) but the original vitamin e and peppermint is definitely an essential.

Best scent, just a little cooling but not a lot of flavour that could affect eating/drinking. Not too heavy or oily, but not so light that it needs constant reapplying. I can’t live without Burt’s Bees!
