These are brilliant - 5 levels (i have purchased 3 levels of resistance bands in the past) but these are so much better! I love these bands - you can carry them in your gym bag and use when needed!! They come in 5 levels of resistance: Extra lights, light, medium, heavy & extra heavy. I have used these bands in my fitness classes primarily for leg exercises, but they can also be used for upper body work. They are sturdy, have a great thickness and do not roll up/down your leg like the rubber resistance bands do. These were a great price and I would highly recommend using these for sure!

I recently purchased this set of 5 resistance bands, and I'm really impressed with the quality and variety they offer! Each band provides a different level of resistance, making them perfect for both beginners and more advanced workouts. They are durable and feel great during exercises. However, I was disappointed with the packaging; it arrived a bit damaged, which made the unboxing experience less enjoyable. Despite that, the product itself is fantastic and has quickly become a staple in my workout routine. I would definitely recommend these bands for anyone looking to enhance their fitness regimen!

They’re feel so much better, they’re a lot tighter, made of good thick quality, durable material, comfy and don’t roll up!They’re easy to use, easy to store and the whole design and fit are perfect, I’ll never go back to using the old elastic ones, excellent value for money!

Las bandas son de excelente calidad, no se enrollan durante el ejercicio y se mantienen en su lugar perfectamente.
