Bought for the wife I tried myself very good results

Very easy to use. Sticks well to feet and can still walk without known there there. Love seeing what comes out of your feet the next morning.

Yes they’re okay.Wouldn’t say they supported my wellness/ health is any shape or form? but studies show foot patches remove toxins etc., so buy at your own discretion.No negative side effectsNo positive side effectsValue for money? Okay I guess, no positive effects so questionable but on a placebo point of view I may re purchase in future as they’re literally just some patches to whack on the soles of your feet over night; cause no harm and make you at least feel you’re caring for your health/ de toxification (even if they’re placebo)Neither good or bad review :)

All footpads like this are a waste of money and should be banned as there is no scientific evidence these work. It’s a pity as the idea sounds good hence why I bought some then did research. I cannot find any verified manufacturer of these showing independent scientific medical evidence of these working. Bolo should be ashamed allowing these to be sold but hey they make money off them so who cares my Bolo share price goes up 🤷♂️

I like the lavender smell and pads are okay. So far it does good to my wife's feet as she feels relaxation and freshness, however some patients need larger adhesive covers to fill the sides of the feet in order to have better grip and not being removed with the movement of the feet

These self adhesive patches do not stick to flesh. Tried 3 or 4 patches and each time they become loose and get attached to bed linen, rather than my soles!! Also they advertise 30 whereas I think 15 pairs would be more accurate.
