I'm sure some of us know the concerns about ramen and some of the issues linked to high salt, hydrogenated fats among other additives which would probably alarm most people if they knew the associated problems. regardless, i've been an instant noodle addict since young and wished for a healthier option. This is Low fat and low salt compared to other brands. Sure, less junk less flavor but i'm still looking to stay on this side of the grass for a good time. It still has MSG in it but significantly less and this is almost as good as it gets for instant noodle "junk food" (aparts from itsu rice noodles but no one likes rice noodles).For someone who is somewhat health conscious but still craves a quick snack when you dont have the energy to make it (without it being massively overpriced) this is an ok choice.

My son is obsessed with noodles. Usually we go for the other named brand but decided to take a gamble on these due to the decent price and amount you get. Sadly myself and my son found these quite bland. The powder doesn't mix well if you make noodles like I do (I like to boil the water, cook the noodles, drain quite a bit of the water and add the flavouring at the end) these did not mix well and the powder just clumped together. Over all quite a shame that the flavour isn't there but they are really cheap.
