The best Pysillium so far I have purchase. It really easy to dissolve in water and it tastes better and easy to drink. It is a bit more expensive than other but, but really worth it.

Much better quality than other stuff I've bought. My parents use this stuff from a company that makes this in Bangladesh. The quality here is compatible to that but at a lower price. Since I've started using this stuff I've noticed my bowel movements are much smoother and I get less floating in general

Dont buy if you're looking for binding properties of psyllium. It doesnt do the job in gluten-free bread and turns it a dark purple. Youre safer with unmilled product, at least then you know what you're getting. Will Have to trash this, wasted money

Unfortunately this is not quite what I wanted, it’s too fine and it doesn’t mix with neither hot nor cold water, it turns into lumps and I have to use a blender to get it to mix with water which defeats the purpose. I’ll use it but I won’t be buying this version again. I believe this would be better for baking, with some eggs for example to make keto bread, but not for adding to porridge which is what I wanted it for.I do like the taste though better than normal psyllium husk, it tastes more roasted if that makes sense.

You get a lot for the price. I bought this as I’m trying to lose weight and I do be snackin. I saw that this can help with that as it makes you feel full. I added a teaspoon to some water and it looked like jelly and the taste is vile so I couldn’t do that. Instead I filled up a cup with water. Got a mouth full of that, then poured a teaspoon of the powder into my mouth and swallowed and I literally couldn’t taste any at all. Just felt like I was drinking water. So if u want to try this if recommended doing that. :)
