My 4 year old managed to break the leg on the doll within 5 minutes! She is very upset and can’t even send it back as bought in July in Bolo lightning deals and was put away for Christmas!

This was going to be the main Christmas present for my 6 year old girl. Very disappointed as the box was open and damaged. The packaging inside was all crumpled, this clearly was a returned item. Not impressed as it was sold as new, hopefully my daughter won’t notice but it’s too close to Christmas to do anything about it. Reading through it seems another buyer had a similar experience.

Cette grande poupée accompagne ma petite fille tout au long de la journée elle l’amène sur le trajet de l’école et la laisse à ses parents le temps de la retrouver le soir ! Un grand coup de cœur Elle est vraiment très jolie et le fait que ses jambes s’articulent au niveau des genoux est un vrai plus comparer à d’autres poupées elle peut également verser des larmes système compris dans la poupée
