I always have these at hand I will never go back to my old tablets.The quality is high for the price I will always highly recommend them.

My son has bouts of pain, feeling like trapped wind and struggles to go 💩.Nothing has ever worked and the gp is not interested in the slightest, we’ve tried so many things but as I have had ins since quite young, I thought I’d try this.It’s brilliant! Stopped the pain so fast so he could sleep and the next day he went to the loo twice and felt completely back to normal. This is an amazing product and we will always have some in the medicine cupboard from now on!

Ordered these hoping it'd help with my long term ibs symptoms but sadly it didn't help me. Always worth giving these a try as there super affordable so who knows, on to the next one I can find and fingers crossed.

If like me you have days when your I.B.S. is really bad, then these definitely will help you. They arrived on time, well packaged and we're exactly as the seller described. I would recommend buying from this seller.

I can swollow tablets normally but these where far to big and seemed to get sticky quickly, felt like I was going to get it stuck so I binned it.Not tried any of the others.I don't know what it was about the packaging either, they just looked dodgy, cheaply made, the box was all squashed at one end

Touch wood, I have seen an improvement.I was looking for a cheaper alternative to the fybogel tablets (I don't have the patiance for the sachets) and stumbled upon Dr Gut, and since the price was pretty cheap, I felt I had nothing to lose.Admittedly, my diet is terrible, which no doubt adds to my IBS. I haven't changed anything, I only take one tablet with breakfast and so far, I have not had any issues. I won't go into too many details, but surfice to say - meals that would normally trigger cramps and loose stools seem to have settled. I'm now pretty regular as well.I still have a flare a couple of days before my period but it was no-where near as bad as they usually are.Overall, I am a pretty happy camper and even recommended them to my mum, who seems they have helped her as well.
