The pill itself is really easy to swallow with it being tiny. It's approx 7-8mm wide and 3mm thick. Easy to swallow with water and doesn't leave any after taste. There is a 4 month supply in the bottle which is great value for money.Great quality supplement. Definalty reccomed this.
