Yes they have some sugar but I could be eating a lot worse so it doesn't really bother me. I was severely bloated in the mornings and since taking these the morning bloat had gone, I do sometimes get bloated by midday but it is nowhere near as bad as it used to be.

Was going to give 4 stars simply because I dont feel any different since using these gummies - was very much hoping it would have some impact on my hunger or act as a suppressant. But the product is so nice I have to give 5.Certainly dont have anything negative to say about the actual product - and Im sure they are good for your health overall. Theres no way I would be able to drink any form of cider vinegar so decided to give these a try - they are really nice! TOO nice in a way lol! as you could just sit and eat the lot like sweets!Been taking them 2 weeks now - 4 a day. Love the fact they have added folic acid, B6 & B12Will oder again regardless of not stopping me feeling hungry because they are a really easy (and tasty) way to get in extra vitamins. I definitely recommend if you are hesitant about how they may taste

I’ve been using these gummies while cutting, and they’ve been a massive help in keeping hunger at bay. They work really well, and I’ve found that just one gummy before a meal or whenever I get hungry is enough to make me feel full.They’re pretty strong, so I’d definitely recommend trying just one first before taking more. When I first tried them, I ate four because they tasted amazing—but they did make me feel really full (almost to the point of feeling sick). Also, taking two at once makes my stomach rumble a bit, so I stick to just one at a time.The only downside is that I’m not sure about the exact calorie count, as they’re coated in sugar. But overall, they taste great, work effectively, and are a solid addition if you’re looking for something to help with appetite while cutting.Would definitely recommend—just start slow!

I tried these vinegar gummies to help with digestion and energy. They taste very nice – like soft candy, not sour or strong. No problem for my stomach like normal vinegar. I take two every morning.👍 I like:- No acid taste, very easy to chew- Helps my digestion feel better- Good natural ingredients👎 One thing:- Bottle could have more gummies✅ I will continue to use it and buy again. It’s a good way to take apple cider vinegar.

These came up when I searched for “appetite suppressants”, however they didn’t work at all for me in that regard.After I started taking them, I did notice my skin cleared up a little, tho I’m not sure if that’s down to the gummies or just coincidence.Like others have mentioned, they are very sugary, and taste VERY good, questioning how good they really are for you.With the recommended amount per day (3-6 gummies a day) they don’t last very long.

I have only been taking them a week and only take two a day and I don't feel hungry at all ,so no snacking for me and it feels fab and they taste great too so all good ,hopefully will lose the weight too .

Ich kann zur Wirkung noch nichts sagen, hätte jedoch nicht erwartet, dass die Gummibären mit weißem Zucker ummantelt sind. Ist mir persönlich unnötig zusätzlicher Zucker…
