Individually switched sockets. Overall quality looks sturdy. But the small red light that supposed to show that a particular socket is turned on is soooo dim that you can't see it during the day at all, even at night time it's a big struggle. I needed it to be much brighter so you notice that you have left something on by mistake. But with this extension's dim light - no chance. The wire looks thick and good quality.
