No damage and although the feet were a little stubborn to fit, someone's useful tip of giving them a gentle malleting knocked them in. I do wonder how long the drawers will last as leaning on the flimsy side, and in general felt the need to instruct my teenage soon to be gentle with it as it might not withstand much. Cheap and cheerful with a nice enough finish and fits neatly in his box room.

A well finished product, exactly like the pictures, good quality and easy to assemble. Good quality for the price. I am very pleased with it. We bought the super king size because kids sometimes like to sleep with us and I must say is very solid for 2 adult and 2 kids.

Basically you pay for what you get, looks really posh, lovely finish, went together really well, it's missing one star due to the fact that the actual base part is quite thin, does the job well enough, going to reinforce it. I'd recommend the bed though as the price is very good, no valance needed either as it looks lovely, quite happy with my purchase

The drawers on this are made of a flimsy plastic and slide along a plastic lip and mating face in the frame. This is ok if you don't have much in there and being King sized it seems to be wider than our old one but it's not a smooth operation (our old one was wood with metal runners like a kitchen drawer) these will probably snag every so often and may bulge and even fall off the wood door if over loaded.Also it feels like this divan is extra firm. The top of the base has a thin cardboard like surface. But just beneath it are some supports that run vertically up and down your body but have no give like slats in a traditional bed. I'm not sure if it's just because we have a new mattress as well but it's all very firm.Overall I would have preferred if it had come with rollers rather than fixed legs to help clean beneath the bed and drawers were better quality but it does work. The headboard looks great. But theyre not very secure on the frame and swing when the bed shakes it would have been sensible to have two supports for each strut on the base.Deviliery was great delivered to the room no problem. The price was right. I wouldn't have paid any more for these. If no-one opens the drawers you would think it was high quality.

For the price it’s brilliant value. I’ve got mine in the guest bedroom so not being slept on regularly. It looks great and the grey wool is a little like herringbone design - I really like it. The delivery guys were amazing too and took it straight up into the bedroom and even helped me take my old mattress downstairs (although they probably weren’t supposed to but they were lovely enough to help me). The feet look a little cheap when up close but once they’re on the bed you don’t notice at all and I’m pretty fussy. All in all a great base for the price.
