The valve for changing between the two heads is a little indefinite so difficult to gauge the changeover which could result in being drenched with cold water. Shame as it’s a lovely shower with a useful shelf near the controls

Quality as you expect from Grohe. The swivel top was the main reason for purchase. Easily set up. The main unit stays cool to the touch.

Im quite disappointed with this product because it doesn’t deliver the experience I expected. Switching between the rain shower and hand shower is frustrating—there’s no clear click or stop, so you have to guess when it’s centered. My child often leaves it slightly off, causing it to drip constantly. A more secure locking mechanism would make a big difference here.The water control only allows for half turns, so you can’t fully increase the pressure. While this may help conserve water, it makes rinsing long hair a hassle due to the lack of power. For anyone needing strong water pressure, I wouldn’t recommend this product.On the positive side, it does look very stylish, but unfortunately, appearance isn’t enough to make up for its functional flaws.

Great shower and excellent customer support
Have it for 6 months. Very satisfied. One flaw is that you don’t feel the stop between hand shower and top shower head.

Very good quality
Unfortunately I did not get to install this unit because my existing shower uses a very strange type of pipe and would require removing the tiles to re-build it.It is pity, because the build quality of this unit is very good. The mechanism to turn the temperature and diverter valve are very smooth and heavy.All the bit feel heavy and of high quality. I regret it would not work for our shower. No fault of the product though.
