I use this in organic ground coffee in a morning to help with focus, concentration, memory and energy levels. Replace milk with this product and blend to make a tasty frothy coffee. It is amazing! It’s transformed my life as I suffer from brain fog. It also helps with weight loss as the fat curbs your appetite and the C8 gets straight to work on giving you instant energy. I’ve ordered several bottles now and couldn’t be without it.

For the price & quality of the oil this is fantastic. Unfortunately it give me horrendous heart burn every day so I’ve had to stop using it & go back to my usual MCT keto powder which is much gentler on the stomach.

I use this primarily in Bulletproof Coffee and it's like rocket fuel mixed with butter and blended with freshly brewed coffee. The C8 focus means you are getting the best MCTs and bang for your buck. Effortless energy most of the day and assured Ketosis. Highly recommended.

This product has no taste. Ideal if your stomach can cope with it. Build up from teaspoon a day in tea/coffee, to tablespoon. Unfortunately for me it literally rips my stomach apart, I have not made it past a teaspoon per day. It now lives in my medicine box as a medication for constipation.

I’ve been using this product for a little over a week now and wow..... I've had so much more motivation to exercises and be active. I've also found it's massively improved my concentration levels whilst working making me far more productive and focused.I pop this in my coffee on a morning for that boost to my day and unlike some other brands, I cannot taste this in my coffee at all. I also got sent a guide on how to use the product which was a very nice touch and at this price, for such a quality product, I'm really impressed.

A gentle, easy to take and versatile C8 oil. I have it in my morning coffee and I also add to smoothies or food. It appeals to me more than other Keto MCT oils as it is purely C8, and many on the market are a blend of C8 and C10. C8 is the most beneficial element of any MCT supplement so this is just perfect for anyone doing Keto. I often just take it on its own as it’s flavourless and light.
