I just wanted to share with you my experience with the Vivachek Ino X, a blood glucose meter that I ordered from Bolo. I use this to blood test my cat who was recently diagnosed with feline diabetes. Not wanting to shoot blind with insulin as instructed by the vet I've been using this to keep a careful log of his BG levels which has allowed me to time his insulin shots. By doing this he has avoided a hypo when in low numbers which would have been inevitable if I had followed the vets instructions to shoot blind. I have also been able tightly regulate his BG and make sure he does not rise above the renal threshold. He's now doing much better and is almost completely off the insulin within a month.The meter has always been accurate and consistent, I have only received error messages on a few occasions when I have not drawn enough blood. The test strips are good value for money and the Lancet seems to be pain free (I use it on the lowest setting and it does the trick).Very happy customer!
