The ring fitted the plug ok (38mm) but then too thick to fit in plughole! Shame because our plug is the same as shown in picture. Unable to useSo no good and disappointed

Water was draining away from the sink. I bought these washers as I thought the old washer had worn. Replacing the old washer with this new one did not solve the problem. The problem was with a 1-inch diameter nut under the sink just behind the waste pipe which had become loose. Simply tightening the nut by hand cured the problem. These washers therefore work fine, as does the old washer. If the pop-up plug is not working, then check everything is tight underneath before changing the washer.

These are the right size but too thin. As the diameter of the rubber itself isn't stated, there is no way of telling that this is the case. They are of no use in my plugs.

The media could not be loaded. Washer is too big and plug now won’t go in plug hole so water runs away.
