They sit well in the hand and the nib is fine enough to right with clarity and precision, while the gel ink is nice and smooth and doesn't have the scratchy feel of some other pens. They're lightweight but not flimsy, and there's enough weight to write steadily. I've got them dotted around the house, on account of having bought so many and like to have one handy. Definitely gets my vote. Not sure what else I can say - they're just great pens.

I’ve been using the black ink version of these for years and spotted the blue ink - equally fine tipped and smooth to write with. I can’t recommend these pens highly enough!

Looked for these pens for ages in local shops to no avail, until I came across them in Bolo. These are excellent smooth writing ink gel pens for every day use, blemish free ink flow with a remarkedly fountain pen writing appearance. Maybe a little more costly than some cheaper types but worth the little extra as I have found they last a bit longer,, no blotching or smudging when drawing lines or writing notes/letters . Must admit I prefer to see information in black & white so maybe biased, besides hand written letters /cards to friends have a more personal touch in my mind.

Although it is confusing to identify as Purple, it is Violet as describe from Pentel website as long as it is -V. Ink is vibrant, quick dry and smooth. Bleeding depends on the quality of the paper, so quality ink = quality paper. Been using this for a while both for journaling and note-taking (colour coding). Highly recommended. It is Energel!

Have many Pentel Energel pens in lots of colours. They are great, no "blobs" just clear perfect lines. Great both for writing and for drawing. Highly recommend.

Pens are terrible!! Don’t even let me use them properly as the ink runs out very quick through the tip, value for money is terrible. Wouldn’t recommend or use again

Il fatto che la punta è molto fina è la mia cosa preferita. Mio figlio anche li usa per la scuola media. Perfette :)

Ottime per i mancini
Essendo a gel, si asciuga subito l'inchiostro e nel passarci sopra con la mano quando si scrive, non si sporca né il foglio né il dito ( sono mancina). Quando le finirò ne ricomprerò sicuramente altre!!
