I got this to help my adult son with ADHD keep organised as he forgets things and planning helps.It’s good quality paper, not too big, not too small (I think it’s A4 size) and I like that each page tears off easily with no rips. Very handy for anyone and I’d recommend.

I debated getting this for a few weeks but it’s proved to be working out pretty well. It’s an easy visual reminder on the fridge of the weekly activities my husband and i keep up with and can be tossed weekly, or i use the back for grocery lists the next week.
