This basecoat and topcoat aren't thick in consistency which I like and is very easy to use. I love that it does not shrink like other gel bases and topcoats I've used. I also love the fact that this is a good value for money as some basecoats and topcoats are sold for 9.99 each. This is such a good product, I recommend it to anyone.I also bought a six piece set that is perfect for spring. The colours are beautiful and the brighter shades are opaque in two shades. Theyre thin and easy to use. The delivery was fast and the products itself are fantastic. Again the six piece set is value for money

The colours and of the gold I received were not like the picture. One was still a gold but the other was more of a tangerine bronze. The sparkles are lovely at least. But I’ve had a hard time getting them to cure (even following the box’s own instructions specifically) and I really don’t expect a long wear from them with the way it’s going so far (I’ve used black and the chunky glitter ‘gold’)

I got fed up with normal polish coming off after a few days, so I thought I would try gels. It's expensive to get them done. It's really easy an these go on so well, it looks professional and stays on really well, these were applied over a week ago and still look amazing.

Love love lagunamoon, colour pigments are fantastic, only really need one coat, it’s so lovely, and such great colours, for the price they are brilliant.

Before I get to the negatives, please be aware that I really like Laguna Moon products. I have quite a few different gels by them and have never had a problem with the quality at all. In fact the reason I tried the base and top coat pack is because I REALLY like their stuff. So what's the problem? The top coat. Base coat is fine, goes on well and does what it's meant to do. The top coat however is a whole different story! It's just too thick and I really mean too thick. It's like a blob of gel rather than a liquid. I tried really hard to brush it thin, which I thought I had managed but even after 2 mins of curing it was still tacky. Seemed odd as it was called 'no wipe' so ended up buying some finishing wipes to see if that might help, but even they couldn't give me a shiny top coat. In short, it's a no from me!
