This is my second round of buying this, which tells you all you need to know.They are easy to fill thanks to a reasonably wide opening that funnels to itself. The removable cover keeps you from being burnt by the hot water used to fill it and the different available covers lets you get multiples for as many family members as needed and avoid confusion
A very cheap answer to hot compress and pain relief
I've had issues with bad quality hot water bottles in the past, and I'm always concerned about whether I'll either get burnt due to the lack of protection, or the material itself melting (which I have had happen!)This seems like a great value option for hot compress, at this price point, it is definitely worth it for the pain relief and general comfort. Simply using hot water!I would say that you should definitely be careful putting boiling water in this, it is not the right way to do it and can cause burn injuries. You should also be very careful FALLING ASLEEP with this, especially if you've used very hot water, it can cause your skin to blister.Also make sure to gently push the hot air out when sealing the lid, to help create a better seal on the water and avoid too much pressure when leaning against it. Of course, I also advise against sitting on it!So, if you take the appropriate precautions (as with any hot water bottle), this is a fantastic and affordable option for cold winters, heat compress and relief.

I didn’t know they still made water bottles. I use it to relieve the nerve pain in my hand. I works best by only filling it part way so it is softer and will bend somewhat around my hand. Sometimes I put my hand between the bottle and the cover to get warmth all over. The heat lasts for several hours.
Warm Perfection
Words cannot describe how much I love this.Let me just say that I’m confident the reviews that complained about getting burned by this are just user error. If it’s too hot for you, simply move it off of you or put another layer in between your skin and the bottle - but, to be honest, I don’t believe an additional layer is necessary, because the cover that comes with the water bottle is perfect!I have had this hot water bottle for almost one week now, and I have used it every single day and night - only for a little pain relief once, the other uses were simply to warm up from the winter chill.I have laid on the couch with this water bottle every day, and fallen asleep with it in my bed on my feet every night. With the cover on, it stays warm for hours!This is such a great price for so much warmth. Do yourself a favor and treat yourself to this right now!
Great hot water bottle!
I like that one side is smooth and the other is textured. The cover fits perfectly. Very happy with this product.Update: I have used this for a couple of months now and love it! Whoever designed this is a brilliant product engineer. The bottle sides stay separated so it is super easy to fill and when empty the air still gets inside. The opening is wide so filling does not cause a mess and the cap fits well and tightens easily.I have had a lot of hot water bottles over the years and this one is by far the best I have ever used.
