These seemed to fit the bill, and I can safely say that they are extremely effective in giving you a boost. After 2 days I felt way better and had a ton of energy. They have definitely boosted my metabolism. Great quality, don't taste and work. All you need from a supplement.

Used these for the full 6 month's at one a day and had no problems.After a while my legs felt zingy and not tired after walking.No after effects and good for the price.

It's a good product, you can feel the effects after the first week or two, in your energy levels and general body response to exercise, sleep and recovery.Taste/Swallow: 5/10 I mean it's vitamins and not flavored so you can't expect a nice taste - I personally have to cut it in half to swallow as I hate pills.Price: 10/10 value for your money, buy once a year.My opinion on dosage, if you are not an active person don't take daily, take it every other day.

Gentle warning for older usersI’m in my 70s and switched to this from Solgar Male. After a few days I had stomach discomfort and a return of AFib, which hadn’t happened in a long time. Only later did I notice it contains iron, ginseng, and maca — not ideal if you’re sensitive or have heart issues.Might work well for younger men, but older users may do better with a simpler, iron-free option.
