I never had this shampoo before. I squeezed the bottle. The shampoo texture was creamy. Omg , I hated that as it doesn't ever suit my hair, it weights it down and gives a greasy appearance .Today... ohh try it out .. unreal

I love this product, bought it loads but this time the product, albeit sealed, was very watery, not at all like the thicker consistency it usually is. I don’t know if it’s been tampered with or they’ve changed the formula but it’s so thin and runny, something seems up with it. So, three stars for a usually 5star product. I’ll buy direct next time although feel bad as it’s likely to have nothing to do with this seller. Conditioner bought elsewhere was as it should be.

Its been such a treat for my colored hair! I am impressed by this shampoo. The only one in 40 years to make my hair feel clean and healthy. When I touch my hair, I have the same feeling I had in school, before styling products became available and the hair strand was healthy and bouncy. I like it so much, I bought the conditioner too, curious to see what changes when using the full treatment
