This is a lovely dish - no stars for suction because it isn't meant to have any. The dish is a nice texture and has drainage holes. I would have given five stars but the manufacturer had put a round label on it that left a mark that won't come off - I don't understand why they didn't put the label on the bottom where it wouldn't have mattered.

I've had this for nearly 6 months now and I am very pleased with my purchase. Reading through the Bolo reviews for this and other soap dishes, you always get negative comments and sometimes it is difficult to see through these in order to make the right choice.This is a fairly weighty dish, there is no suction power or adhesion - because it isn't needed. It sits firmly onto the side of the basin next to the taps. There are 3 holes in the base of the dish to help drain any water - they seem to work fine for me and didn't require any enlargement. Of course, as with any other container, you get a build up of soap after a while - however, I found the dish easy to clean - a simple job with a nail brush.

This is a beautiful soap dish and I am very happy with it. However, as others have said it has been spoiled by the adhesive of a sticker put on it. I have managed to get rid of the stickiness with an alcohol wipe but the stain caused by the glue remains. Can I suggest that the suppliers of this product consider changing their labels for low tack ones or that they include a business card with the product so that there’s no need for a sticker at all.

Beautifully hand crafted soap dish. You actually can see and feel the hand craft , glad that it’s not a machine made. It’s made from stone from Indian subcontinent feel a bit of a connection to my roots. However, honestly it is well made and solid and serves the purpose. It has got the drain holes that drain the water and preserve the soap bar and its life time. Good one !

War bei der Lieferung überrascht dass es wirklich ein so schweres Teil ist mit hochwertiger Optik und Haptik. Ein sehr schönes Produkt zugegeben.Für die Dusche innen wurde jedoch ein Kollege aus Silikon gekauft der im Falle eines Falles die Fliesen nicht beschädigt. Sonst hätte ich diesen gerne ein zweites Mal bestellt.Ist auch sicher langlebig da sich die Belastung in Grenzen hält:-) Ob Verfärbungen auftreten wird sich erst mit der Zeit zeigen bin aber aufgrund Material zuversichtlich.
