I noticed this doesn’t have any written reviews and isn’t highly rated either so I thought I’d write one as I’ve been buying this for over a year now.My 5 year old has always been a picky eater and literally gags at the sight of veggies 😭. Thought I’d give this a go to add in some extra calories and make sure he’s getting the nutrients he needs to grow properly. We first tried chocolate, which was awful. The taste was WAY too sweet and sickly, didn’t even resemble chocolate flavour and the sugary taste was just overpowering the lingering veg/bitter notes of the ingredients. So that was a big no go. He hated it.I tried strawberry flavour and have never bothered with the vanilla caramel as I just guessed it would be as sickly sweet as chocolate. The strawberry flavour is really nice, not too sweet and can easily be added to other things such as smoothies, pancake mix, oats etc. Or just on its own. Sometimes depending on his mood, he does find it a bit too sweet to finish so I half the mixture (1 scoop instead of 2) and give one in the morning and one in the evening.Definitely worth a go if you have a picky eater. This is also great when they’re sick and can’t eat much!

I wish I'd read the reviews!!!! I bought this because my daughter really struggles with food and needs meal replacement shakes. I trued this one because the ingredients are natural and it sounded good. The product is awful. Very chalky. Nasty, somehow-artificial taste!!! Yuck! Yuck! Yuck!!!

The taste is absolutely disgusting! I’m not contradicting the health claims but all I can say is that taste wise is just terrible, I assume is the green powder that has been incorporated as most green powders taste just plain bad.

Still found it tasted a bit gritty and medicinal. Good attempt to cover with the taste of strawberry but taste needs improving.

I purchased this for my 5 year old son (on doctors advice) who had been very poorly recently, had lost weight and had a very poor appetite. This particular powder was very easy to prepare and has a really nice flavour. We tried several different recipes and found that it mixed really well with fruits and alternative milks. My son really enjoyed it and happily drank these as smoothies each day. The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is because it is particularly sweet so we were having to half the quantity of powder and up the milk ratio to counteract some of the sweetness and he would have a shake twice a day instead. I also used to powder whilst I recovered from a c section and did the same thing as it was particularly sweet. But I would very much recommend this product and would definitely purchase again if needed. Thankfully my son is recovering very well now and is putting on weight as expected and this product definitely helped with that.

I use Nuzest daily and so does my son but I thought it best to get him the kids one again as it is mean more for his age group

I read so many positive reviews about this product that I decided to buy it for my kids specially for my son who is autistic. Even though this product is 50% more expensive than the one we have been using we were exited as is diary free!! For us the flavour and texture is key and If you mixed the powder with water alone it won’t be edible. It taste terrible and the texture is not nice either . I couldn’t drink it and my youngest boy refused to drink his bottle…. We were expecting to blend it with water abs that’s it . So perhaps those who says that is yummy have been mixing this powder into smoothies with banana or something to hide the flavour so that is another story and I believe it will be very nice as any protein powder. We will blend it into smoothies for our eldest daughter but my autistic son won’t be able to drink it as he dislike smoothies and creamy textures :( if my eldest loves it into smoothies. . I’ll buy again .
