This is decent ethernet cable with good quality terminals. I had occasion to remove and replace one terminal to get the wire through a small opening. I notice that the twisted pairs were individually wrapped in foil but the cable lacked the additional shielding between the PVC cover and the strands that is part of the Cat 8 spec. The individual wires were also thinner than standard Cat 8 and would not fit in a standard Cat 8 terminal. I suspect that this is rebadged Cat 7 ethernet (not an officially adopted standard). The short runs I purchased (2m and 6m) seemed quite capable of running at Cat 8 speeds (2.5 Gbps) but if you are looking for longer runs you may be advised to look elsewhere.
