Good wayer spray upwards, useful, handy
Quite useful. Has a good spray upwards with enough water capacity of bottle for an perianal and or vaginal wash if irritated or after surgery.
Makes you feel much cleaner than just wiping
Sometimes it just feels like you are not clean enough, other than hopping in shower after each BM this is the easiest way I have found. I keep one of these Portable Sprayer Bidet Bottles filled and stashed in each bathroom to be handy, water is usually cold and a bit uncomfortable but works. Or you could fill with warm water before. A lot easier and takes less water than a shower, a good alternative.

I hate using a lot of toilet paper, and this device is perfect for helping me avoid that. I fill it with warm water from the tap, so it's comfortable to use. My only problem with it is that the spray tip of the nozzle can't be removed for deep-cleaning, so mildew has built up inside. On the plus side, the spray tip is clear, so I can SEE that it's needing replacement. The vendor says to replace every six months, and I've had this for at least 18 months now, so I don't feel so bad about needing to buy a new one.
Works well when you can't touch wound
Bought this for my mom's home hospice aides. When cleaning the wound was no longer possible, we used these to spritz water on wound. Worked very well.
