After about 2 months of usage so far, very promising hair growth has been achieved (where previous supplements, oils and all sorts tried for years clearly failed to work).Capsules were fairly easy to swallow, did not smell and did not cause any reactions. Ordering this again!

Have been taking collagen for a few years now and tried various strengths and makes. These are the best ones I have tried, price wise, strength and full spectrum collagen.

I have been taking these capsules nightly for the last 7 weeks and have started to get new baby hair growth just above the forehead. I am chuffed to bits as Mounjaro has really contributed to my hair loss and thinning.My nails are also stronger and growing quicker than what they have done in years.My skin certainly feels more nourished and smoother, but I can't be sure if it's related to these little gems, as I've recently started a new skin care routine, so it would be unfair to comment further on that.They have 5 different types of Collagen, including Marine and Bovine, and are medium sized capsules which I find very easy to swallow. They have no taste or scent and come in a resealable pouch to keep them fresh.For the hair and nail regrowth alone, these will forever be a staple in my routine going forward!They are effective, easy to use and I'm really happy with the results so far.

I've been taking these multi collagen capsules for a little while now, and I’m really impressed!Unlike other collagen supplements I’ve tried, these cause no stomach pain or digestive issues at all, which is a huge win as anyone who's taken collagen before knows it can be uncomfortable for the first few days. None of that with these!Plus, my skin is looking better than ever! While it’s hard to say if that’s completely down to these capsules, the timing definitely lines up. So far, I’m really happy with them and will continue taking them!Really easy to swallow, no notible taste or aftertaste (also a huge win), no mess and seem to work really well! Would definitely recommed!

I have been using these for some time now (a good few months). They are good, need to be consistent though in taking the four tablets; which leads me to the fact the pack doesn't last the whole month, week short. I am looking into other brands that have the range of collagen (not just type 1 etc), until I find one that suits I will continue with these for now.
