I bought this product to help with cartilage knee problems but have not yet noticed any difference in pain or mobility. I have been taking the capsules for over 8 weeks.. I have not noticed any difference with hair or nails.

Quite good product.No flavour as its capsule based.Can feel it works due to two injuries I have, one has gone, and the other is work in progress but is helping relieve it.Would buy again.

I was using the loose powder but this works out cheaper so I have gone with this option.I will give feedback once 3 months has gone.

Brilliant. Brilliant. Brilliant for your skin and complexion. I have people guessing my age at 30 and for me it’s heaven itself. Perhaps if I continue to take them I might be a babe in arms next year 🤩

I decided to order a collagen supplement for several reasons; I’ve recently lost 2.5 stone and wanted to prevent loose/saggy skin, I’m rapidly approaching 40, I weight train and I am trying to improve my hair health after wearing hair extensions for about 18 months. Due to this, I wanted a supplement that had several types of collagen for joints, muscles, skin and hair etc.The tablets are odourless and tasteless. I do find them a bit tricky to swallow, as they are on the large side.I haven’t noticed much difference in my skin. My nails have always been strong and have grown quickly, so no noticeable difference there.I have noticed a difference in my hair…. I have always had fine, flat hair (hence the hair extensions) and when I had them removed, I had a good six inches cut off the length. I was expecting thin and wispy hair but I was pleasantly surprised at how full and healthy my hair was. It could be a coincidence (and a good hair cut!) but my hair has grown a good inch and a half since I got it cut eight weeks ago and it’s healthy with nice blunt ends (so, no breakage or splitting), despite having blonde highlights and using heat on it most days (I also use a heat defence spray).The biggest difference I’ve noticed is my eyelashes! I’ve always had very straight, medium length lashes and I’ve really noticed, in the last three weeks or so, how long my lashes are and how much more curled they are!I’ve just ordered my second bottle. Really pleased with this product.
