Only used it twice and still working well. It's a well built equipment, but manufacturer need to improve on packaging. I think the packaging is what makes some buyers think it's been used before they got it.

Bought these to cut my own beard at home, very high quality clippers. Although i do believe they are slightly overpriced. They feel weighty when holding them which is good for stability and they can be used/learned by anyone.

The media could not be loaded. When I bought it, it looked like it was already used. But I ignored it and started using it. Actually it worked tremendously well. But within a couple of weeks, it stopped working on cordless. I charged it a few times but it would just not work. Called Bolo and they said only Wahl can sort it. Called Wahl and they asked me to return the item for repairs which they took over a week or so to fix.When they sent it back, it literally looked like that in the video. Rusted and hair sticking out of it as if they literally tested it on someone and straight put it in the bag.I contacted them again and they said it’s not being looked after properly by me 😂. Absolutely shocking customer service.Won’t recommend buying it again from them.
